A.

1.  Repetitive nerve stimulation (RNS) can be supportive when demonstrating a CMAP amplitude decrement over consistently 10%.

2.  Single fiber electromyography (SFEMG) can be supportive when jitter is elicited.  Though this can be a more sensitive test in human myasthenics, it is more costly (the needle costs several hundred dollars) and difficult to perform, and it is not specific as botulism, Lambert-Eaton syndrome, and polymyositis can also cause jitter in SFEMG.
