A.  This patient had acute onset bilateral peripheral vestibular syndrome after a complimentary ear cleaning during her annual exam.  Note the wide head excursions and crouched but relatively strong gait.  The second video demonstrates the poor physiologic nystagmus commonly seen with this type of lesion.  She is slightly asymmetrically affected so does have only very slight nystagmus in one direction and presence of Horners OS.
